Just done wit SOP ,OMNPMH,OQLXDH,GYFM.

Cant see much,like saw guan gong but nt very sure…saw in begining and before end.

went for blessing at centre yesterday.Can feel the strong energy.

Did GYFM,body keep shaking.Was ask to visualise being love by someone,imagine myself being hug by my parent,feel so warm and loved.Than was told to visualise the person i hate and HE appear in front.I have hate this guy for years!i think it become a kind of “death knot”.I have ever tot of forgiving him but….sometime i pity him sometime i hate him!Will try to slowly release my knot and accept him again.Can feel my heart chakta got some feeling.

During the Fa Hui,while chanting OMNPMH saw golden light on me.

Yesterday do SOP,OMNPMH,OQLXDH ,Jing Zou and some dong gong.During,Jing Zou saw Guan Gong…and during dong gong seem like my left  hand is holding a book.Than while everything end,my 2nd finger (right hand) keepin trembling(abt 3-5sec).

See nothing.Basically cant see and total blank during the last few “jing zou”.

During the OQLXIH,can feel my body q warm.

Saw two warriors sitting beside me,than my whole body on fire(can feel the burning feeling) ,before end saw myself bcome a monk.

been very busy lately.Quoting for one big project.Last nite neva do SOP.But do ‘xin jin”,OMNPMH,OQLXIH and GYFM.Felt the same…than saw Guan Gong practising his spear.

Shifu add new homework to me!!But will do it.Do SOP,OMNPMH and GYFM yesterday nite at my sis room.The GYFM was ratger different…cant see anything at first but out of sudden saw Guan Gong rite in front of me!!He was moving nearer and nearer to me that my body have to tile backward.Than like he have move into my body.

Hi , done with SOP,OMNPMH and GYFM.Pretty good but cant see much today.Felt beating on my top head.
